Brick by Brick: The Business of Rebuilding Liberia

Front Page Africa praises Firestone Liberia

After a recent media tour of Firestone Liberia, led by our very own Rufus Karmorh, Front Page Africa published an article that praises Firestone Liberia for all the improvements that have taken place over recent years.

The article focuses on post-war rebuilding within Firestone Liberia, including the construction of housing, schools and health care facilities (including the recent re-opening of the newly-renovated Duside Hospital), as well as the opening of the rubber wood operation and the water treatment facility. In regards to the Duside Hospital, the article states that the facility is "now considered the best referral hospital in the country."

Firestone Liberia is committed to the rebuilding of Liberia, which was devastated by a 14-year civil war. The article in Front Page Africa is recognition of the many milestones we have achieved. We look forward to reporting the many more we will most certainly achieve in the years to come.
